The Goodrums

We just found out that our first visitor is coming this weekend! Michael's sister, Stephanie, found out that she is going to have to attend a conference here in Denver, in place of another coworker. We are so excited to get to see her - and she beat out all the others in the poll for first visitor. Go Steph! :) The rest of the Goodrum family is coming to visit later this month. And I'm pretty sure we'll be getting a visit from Mom Brashares too.

Although plans aren't yet final, it sounds like Steph will arrive Sunday and leave Tuesday. So fun! We can't wait.

...and, as of Sunday, we will have been in the house for 26 days - so those that voted for the 15-30 day range in the poll were correct.

Mom B won the "who will visit first" poll by a landslide. I think that's a pretty accurate prediction.

The current leader in the "timeframe" poll is the 1-2 month window. That's looking to be a good prediction. No visitors so far - and today is 2 weeks. So unless we get a surprise tonight, those that voted for the 1-14 day range will be a bit sad (Michael included).

We are slowly sorting out from under the mound of boxes. It's been a crazy 2 weeks. More updates (and pictures - there are none on our blog right now!) very soon. I promise...
