When we moved to Colorado, unfortunately we did not escape poor soil (high clay content just like Mississippi). The poor soil tends to do a number on things like foundations, roads, driveways, etc. (especially when your builder for some reason decides to just lay your driveway directly on top of the dirt with no reinforcement or anything). End result: new driveway.
After beating the ever-living out of the driveway with a jackhammer at 7:30am on a Friday morning, they started up the little bobcat and started hauling out concrete. Later on, the bobcat broke down in the mud in what used to be our driveway.

hey tell micheal he can come take care of our garage cuz i am sure yall need some more home improvement projects around your house. i laughed when i read this cuz our garage needs some major help and we just keep doing a little at a time. i am just hoping that someone will come and take all the leftover stuff that is in there:) hope yall are doing good!
