The Goodrums

We are going to have new neighbors - the last set! I found out yesterday that the last house on our street just sold. The buyers are another young couple (the guy is supposedly one of the morning personalities on Y101 - local radio station) and they are supposed to close on September 26th (about 6 weeks from now).

This is the last house on our street to be sold. It is still under construction but the pace has definitely picked up. All week there have been workers there non stop (prior to this progress was at a snail's pace - and that's being generous). Everyone who lives on our street will definitely be glad to have construction completed. No more crews, no more heavy machinery (i.e. Saturday morning noise :), no more port-a-potty in the middle of the cul-de-sac, no more nails in tires! We are definitely looking forward to welcoming our new neighbors!
