Over Labor Day weekend, Michael and I started working on a puzzle. Either we are very out of practice (well, yeah... ummm... I haven't put together a puzzle in several years) or this was the hardest puzzle ever made!
Actually, the puzzle was really tough. All the pieces were shaped exactly the same. There were no nice pieces with 3 inserts or 4 prongs. All the pieces were the standard puzzle piece shape.

There was a whole section - probably 200 pieces - of just plain, blue sky. No variation or anything to help you match pieces. A bunch of the pieces were almost identical in shape - so they could fit several places in the puzzle. No good!
After almost 3 weeks of fighting the puzzle, we finally finished it last night. Here's a picture of the final masterpiece.

Today we get to bring in the demolition derby and return it to it's original state (back to the box!). We will be very glad to have our dinner table back!
