I understand that Kelly has requested that we do a pictorial walkthrough of the house in Denver (kind of like we did for the house in Jackson). We'll start posting pictures as we get unpacked. We may have to go floor by floor with the pictures - as we get it all settled. :)
Our first floor is almost done (at least as settled as it's going to get before we buy more stuff). We hung some pictures this weekend. Wow - pictures contribute a lot toward making your house feel like home.
My office is totally finished (minus hanging a few pictures) and probably as clean as it will ever be. Thank goodness! It's nice to not have the office adding stress to your day (work is stressful enough on its own). :)
Our master bedroom is close - although we have a little work left to do on the closet and bathroom. The guest bedroom is going to be a while - as we're going to have to get furniture and a bedset before it's good to go.
We did a ton of work on the basement this weekend - and it's about halfway there. Dang it's dusty down there. Any tips on how to clean up unfinished concrete floors when you can't hose them down? Sweeping or vacuuming just seems to stir up the dust - not actually pick it up. My allergies appreciated the dust mask that Michael unpacked about halfway through the process.
Pictures will be coming soon...
