The Goodrums

Michael's parents have been in town since Friday, helping us landscape our yard. Michael developed some ambitious plans for our backyard - including a flagstone path, sprinkler system, a dry riverbed/stream, a bunch of plants, sod, rock, etc. A ton of work! We started on Friday night and by Monday noon we finally finished the flagstone path. Monday afternoon we worked on the sprinkler system and managed to get most of the sprinkler trenches done. We were supposed to continue working today.... I think we're on hold until this weekend at least.

Do you like the slush-filled trench? Over a foot of snow and ice... It ought to be fun to lay the sprinklers now!
